So if y'all are anything like me (and 97% of the women I know) Monday starts the diet all over again! Whether it has been months since I was on a diet or I just faltered over the weekend, I ALWAYS start a new diet program on Mondays.
Never in a million years could I start a diet/workout program on a Thursday! Are you kidding me? Start a new regimen right before my weekend? I think not!
So in honor of Monday (and officially the start of a health conscience workout week for me) here is a fun fact about how exercising can get you even darker in the tanning bed!
