Five Things to Try This Weekend

Happy Friday! We hope you had a great week and would love to share some ideas to make your weekend even better. There are only 2 weekends left of summer, so you better make them count!

1. Try a marathon or a race: Not only will this get you up and moving, but marathons also help raise money and awareness for all sorts of causes! What a great way to help support a cause you really believe in, all while getting in some exercise.


2. Two words, Triple Dip: Because, obviously! This is the absolutely perfect way to pamper yourself and relax on your weekend. You deserve it, you've worked hard all week!


3. Volunteer: This is an awesome way to give back to your community, and another perk? Helping out people in need can help boost your happiness! Tons of local soup kitchens, outreach programs, and animal shelters welcome volunteers over the weekend. 


4. Watch some football (or just throw a tail-gate party!): This time of the year is great for cookouts, barbeque's, and of course, tail-gates. Even if you're uninterested in the game going on, a tail-gate is a fab way to socialize and have fun on Saturday afternoons! 


5. Pick a random hobby: Grab your BFF or significant other and choose something new to learn together! Bonding together and learning a new hobby at the same time is a great way to grow your relationship. We suggest activities yoga, hiking, dancing, or painting and photography classes!
